Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm. We also offer early morning appointments on Wednesdays.

If a holiday falls on a Saturday, we will be closed the Friday before.  If a holiday falls on a Sunday, we will be closed the following Monday.

Inclement Weather:

OB/GYN North Dallas' inclement weather policy shall coincide with the Plano ISD for weather closings.

We ask that you make all non-emergency calls and prescription refill requests during our regular office hours when your patient chart is readily available. We will return your call as quickly as possible. Prescription refills will not be completed after normal office hours. Calls made after 4 pm might not be returned until the next business morning.

If you call after office hours, you can either leave a message and your call will be returned the next business morning, or for urgent medical emergencies, you can call the answering service to have the on-call physician paged. If a life-threatening situation arises, call 911.

At OB-GYN North Dallas, we accept most major insurance plans, including those listed below. Please contact our billing specialists at 972-981-7777 with any questions.

If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Patients can also Pay Your Bill Online.

Notice of Privacy Practices 

The doctors at OB-GYN North Dallas have hospital or surgery center affiliations with Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano and Texas Health Center for Diagnostics & Surgery, Plano.

Prescriptions and refills for established patients of OB-GYN North Dallas are routinely issued during our regular office hours (see above). You can expedite refills by contacting your pharmacy. No refills are issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the doctors do not have access to your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
